Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping returns

1. Shipping Locations Tool City can send products to places in India.. Sometimes Tool City cannot send products to some places because of problems with the courier service or other issues that affect Tool City.
2. Order Processing * Tool City usually sends out orders within 1 to 3 working days after we get your money. * If you place an order on a Sunday or a holiday Tool City will send it out on the working day. * Tool City might call you. 3. Delivery Time It usually takes 3 to 7 working days for your order to arrive after Tool City sends it.. Sometimes it can take longer to reach places that are far away beacuse reaching your product 2 or 4 days late . The time it takes to deliver is an idea and can be affected by things like bad weather or problems with transportation.
4. Shipping Charges The cost of shipping depends on what you buy how heavy it is and where you want it sent. Tool City will tell you how much shipping will cost before you finish your order. If there are any costs for delivery Tool City will let you know about them beforehand.
5. Order Tracking After Tool City sends out your order we will give you the details of the courier service and the tracking number. You can use this to track your order.
6. Damaged Package Please check your package carefully when you get it. If it is damaged take some pictures or videos before you open it and tell Tool City soon as possible. If you want to make a claim you might need to give us some pictures, videos and other information.
7. Incorrect Address or Contact Details You need to give Tool City your name, address, PIN code and phone number. If you give us information it can cause delays or extra costs for shipping.
8. Delivery Attempts The courier service might try to deliver your order a times. If they cannot deliver it because you are not home or you gave an address you might need to pay extra for shipping. order address reached you must receive the poduct then you can return in next day must.otherwise we donot accepted the product
9. Delayed or Lost Shipments Sometimes even though Tool City works with courier services deliveries can be delayed. If your order is delayed or lost Tool City will work with the courier service to solve the problem. must inform in our shop and we track ypour order.
10. Cancellation After Dispatch If your order has already been sent out you might not be able to cancel it. If you want to cancel it after it has been sent out you might need to pay for shipping or return costs. cancet it after sent out need to pay shipping charge.
